Do not enter names, dates of birth, order numbers, symptoms or laboratory values into site search. Labs Explained is designed as a public education library, not a patient portal.

Basic server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser and requested URL for security and reliability. We do not need or want protected health information in analytics or referral URLs.

Links to Vitals Vault leave this site and are governed by Vitals Vault’s privacy terms. Referral links identify Labs Explained as the source but do not include your search query or lab values.
